Marketing and Communication Manager

Context

Up until now, the team has been responsible for communicating on its various projects. Today, SpirOps needs a full-time person to showcase its technologies and know-how, so as to raise the company's profile and win new contracts.

Assigned tasks

• Promoting the company's technologies through communication campaigns on social networks and at fairs/exhibitions
• Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns
• Monitoring the competition (technology watch) and identifying differentiation opportunities for the company
• Prospecting new customers and partners and keep in touch with the existing address book
• Drafting files to compete for calls for tenders (which may include market studies) or for grant applications
• Planning and managing the marketing and communication budget

Skills

• [Required] Excellent level of written and spoken English
• [Required] Know how social networks work and their role in business communications
• [Required] Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish lasting partnerships
• [Appreciated] Knowledge of the economic issues related to the field of AI
• [Appreciated] Creative ability to design innovative and differentiating campaigns
